FIT: We run two fits – Cozy Loose and Oversized. Check the product page for size details.
MIZUKIDS: Our kidswear collection is available on a separate site: mizushop.co/kids. Please note: checkouts and shipments are currently not combined.
RESTOCKS : Items are made in small runs and typically will not be restocked once sold out.
CARE : Wash cold and inside out, gentle cycle. Air dry in shade, avoid sunlight and dryers. Iron inside out on low heat. Store cool and flat.
We are currently online only. There is no physical retail store at the moment. Any updates on future retail presence will be shared through our official channels and social media.
Our collections are only available here on our official site. We’re not on Shopee, Lazada, or other platforms.
Shipping Fees:
- West Malaysia: Free
- East Malaysia: RM10 (Free above RM100)
- Singapore: SGD 8
- International: USD 25
Delivery Time: Orders will ship out within 24 – 36 hours (weekdays) via J&TExpress/SPX/other couriers.
Order Tracking: Your tracking code will be emailed after shipping. Follow the link to monitor your parcel’s progress.
Shipping delays are out of our hands — we don’t control courier routing. For complaints, please contact the courier company directly through their website.
Proof of Delivery: If you live in a condo, university, office, etc., your parcel may be received by a mailroom or guard. To check delivery proof:
- Visit your courier’s tracking page
- Enter your tracking number
- Click “Proof of Delivery” and enter the last 4 digits of your phone number
Address Changes: Can only be made before your order is fulfilled. Contact us at [email protected] as soon as possible.
Missing Parcel? Double-check your shipping address. If a package is returned to us due to incorrect info, we’ll reach out to resend it (extra shipping cost will be charged).
For deliveries to public or shared areas—such as condominiums, apartments, offices, or similar—we are not responsible for lost or stolen parcels. If your package goes missing, kindly report the issue to the relevant building management or local authorities.
We accept multiple payment methods including Credit/Debit Cards, Online Banking, PayLater (Grab/Atome), and e-wallets (Touch ‘n Go, GrabPay, ShopeePay). All prices are shown in MYR.
7-day return/exchange policy:
- Starts from the day you receive the item
- Item must be unused and in original packaging
- Return shipping cost is covered by customer
- Returns: store credit will be issued (excluding shipping fees)
- Exchanges: replacement item shipping is free
To request a return or exchange: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason. We’ll guide you through the next steps.
Custom Products: Returns may not be allowed — check the specific product page for details.
Tee Measurements: Minor sizing variation may occur due to fabric nature. If you require exact fit, please consider accordingly.
Wrong Item Received? Email us a photo of the item with subject line “Wrong Item Received” — we’ll ship the correct one promptly.
