Most of our t-shirts are designed in a REGULAR FIT, ensuring a comfortable and flattering silhouette for various body types.

Our t-shirts are crafted from 100% premium cotton fabric, with REGULAR FIT at 210gsm and OVERSIZED FIT at 240gsm. Each piece is carefully selected to offer maximum softness and breathability, delivering comfort that lasts all day.

No, we currently operate exclusively as an online store. You can shop for our t-shirts conveniently through our website. We are committed to providing an exceptional online shopping experience for all our customers.

MIZUKIDS is our dedicated kidswear line, with a separate website from MIZU adult wear—please note that shipments and checkouts are currently not combined, but we’ll keep you updated on any future integration!

Orders ship within 1-2 working days via DHL eCommerce. You’ll receive a tracking number once dispatched. Shipping times vary by location, and international orders may be affected by customs or other factors.

  • After placing your order, we will send you a tracking code to the email address you provided during checkout. This email will also provide instructions on how to track your package.

If your tracking hasn’t updated, the parcel may still be pending pickup or processing. Please allow some time for it to be scanned into the courier’s system — updates will appear once that happens.

If your address is a college, university, condo, flat, or office, your parcel may be handed to the reception, guardhouse, or mailroom.

To track your parcel and get proof of delivery (POD):

  1. Visit the courier’s website.
  2. Enter your tracking number in the tracking field.
  3. Click “Proof of Delivery” and enter the last 4 digits of your phone number.

For delivery inquiries, check with your location’s receiving department. Keep your tracking number and phone handy.

Changes can only be made if your order hasn’t been fulfilled. Please contact us at salesmizuomizu@gmail.com within 24 hours. After that, we may not be able to accommodate changes.

Shop safely with multiple payment methods: Credit/Debit Card, Online Banking, and e-wallets like Touch ‘n Go, GrabPay, and ShopeePay. All prices are in MYR for clear and straightforward billing.

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase! If you’re not happy, we offer a 7-day return and exchange policy:

  • The 7-day period starts from the day you receive your order.
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and packaging.
  • Customers cover the return shipping cost (trackable shipping recommended).
  • Returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive the item.
  • Exchanges: We cover the shipping cost for the replacement item.
  • Returns: Store credit is issued for the item’s full value, excluding shipping fees.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

To start a return or exchange, email us at salesmizuomizu@gmail.com with your order number and reason. We’ll guide you through the process.

Our tee measurements may vary slightly due to fabric softness. If you need exact measurements, kindly consider other options. We value transparency and informed choices.

Mistakes happen, and we’re sorry if you got the wrong item. Just snap a photo and email it to salesmizuomizu@gmail.com with the subject “Wrong Item Received.” Our team will sort it out and get the right item to you ASAP. Thanks for understanding!

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, we’ll notify you and can resend it — but shipping fees are non-refundable. Thanks for understanding!
